Great location in city centre with walking distance to everything, including shops and sightseeings. Clean, comfortable, and quiet room. Excellent breakfast. Friendly staff.

We loved staying in this hotel! The staff was super helpful and smiley, and the buffet breakfast was excellent. Our large and comfortable room had a big comfy bed and a well-appointed bathroom. We enjoyed being close to several good restaurants in the centre of the old town, and the hotel parking was very convenient.
Couldn't fault anything during our stay at this hotel.

Located in the heart of the old town, this hotel is close to several restaurants and the Frauenkirche. the rooms are quite spacious and the breakfast is delicious with various options to choose from. the bathroom is clean and well-maintained.
The hotel lacks 24-hour reception service, and the key has to be picked up from a specific key safe.

My Christmas stay was great! I loved the spacious and comfortable room, which had everything I needed. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide range of options that catered for all tastes. I also appreciated the convenient location, which was right in the heart of the charming city center, making it easy to explore all the best local attractions.
One small issue was the noise level - being close to the church meant that I was woken up by the chimes in the morning. there was no reception staff after the evening, which made it a bit tricky to check in, and there was no one to turn to if I needed any help or assistance during the night.

We spent an amazing Christmas at this hotel! the breakfast spread was fantastic, offering a wide range of delicious options. the hotel's location in the heart of the old town was ideal for exploring and enjoying the festive atmosphere.
There was no staff available after a certain time in the evening. This made it difficult to get assistance when needed and made us feel less secure.
